If you would like to book an appointment please click the link below and it will take you to our online booking platform.
If you would like to book an appointment over the phone please call (709) 634-9292 during regular business hours. If you are having issues with our online booking system and/or need to connect with us for any reason - please email our clinic at info@nphwc.ca and we will reply to your message within 2-3 clinic business days.

Important Appointment Information

 

Prescriptions refills for narcotics and controlled substances are not available at this clinic. The exception is when a controlled substance has been initiated by one of our NPs as clinically indicated.

NPHWC is a private clinic that is not publicly funded - there is a service fee due at the time of your visit. We accept debit, credit card, cash, email money transfers. Please see the fee list below

 

NPHWC will provide a receipt that you can submit to your private insurance if applicable or claim on your personal income tax return as a medical expense

Virtual appointments: Payment is due immediately following your appointment. We can either bill credit card on your clinic account or receive your payment via email money transfer (EMT). If you choose to pay via EMT, please make the clinician aware to prevent billing your credit card 💳 on file.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify the clinic 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You can cancel online or or by emailing us at info@nphwc.ca

*** Appointments that are not cancelled 24 hours in advance or individuals who do not show up for scheduled appointments will be invoiced via email a $25.00 "no show" fee  which will be billed to the credit card on file***

$55

Standard Medical Appointment fee with Nurse Practitioner

$125 + tax

Drivers Medical 

$ 25 per documented page + tax

Price for various medical and legal forms are dependent on the type of assessment and required documentation. A standard base rate appointment fee of $55.00 will be applied prior to completion of all forms due to physical and mental health assessment and diagnostics required.
